After all the drama I WI the same Today as I did 4 days ago.159.2 . Couldn't WI yesterday,no access to a scale and it drove me crazy I fought hard to get pass 159.2,being that that made me 3.2 lbs down, 5 days into the month.I tried to make my body do things it just wasn't going to do i should know it releases when it gets ready But I'm very happy I held on to that loss all month.(which is actually what my weight loss is suppose to be at this stage) I'll start back pushing the exercise hard again in a couple of days and Hopefully now it's ready to move on.

I'm finally back at weight watchers after a two month break!

I was down another 4 pounds though since the last time I weighed in at that meeting, which is pretty awesome over the holiday. I saw a lot of new faces, and it was pretty exciting! I'm ready to get back into the swing of things, but for right now, on this rainy afternoon, I'm zoning out.

4th:189.0 PINOT'S PALETTE!!!!
5th: 184 (20%) reward:new clothes
6th: 164 (No longer OW)
7th: 150 Goal! Reward: photo shoot

carter - wow! great numbers!
Today's weigh in: 204 - no change. I'm officially calling it my January weight. So I'm 2 lbs down for January and 14 lbs down since November. Here is to bigger loss in February!

Hello, all.

It looks like the group had a really good month. Yay us! It's nice to see so many people sticking with it and being successful.

My scale said 156.4 this morning - what the h***? That's just crazy. It would mean I lost 4 pounds in 10 days. If only! I'm sure I'll be up tomorrow but even 158 would give me a 7 pound loss for the month, not too shabby.

I've been giving in to temptation today. I snatched a piece of cold pizza mid-morning and ate about 2/3 of it. And then we had lunch brought in from Panera and I grabbed half a cookie. It's not the calories but the behavior that's concerning me. This office is a like a buffet during tax season and I have to get back to saying no consistently. {{sigh}}
