Default My New Outlook on Exercising!

For pretty much my ENTIRE life I have viewed exercising as a painful activity & a CHORE that I never seemed to want to do.

Now that Im in college, my outlook has changed. With the stress of picking my major, doing homework, participating in off-campus activities & community service, I FINALLY see the stress relief component to exercising!

I (almost) look forward to my workouts now! They are a time I can have to myself to think, NOT do homework, & I always feel better afterward. And it's just icing on the cake that it's helping me get to Onederland ^_^

But seriously, I always thought working out was about killing yourself & keeping up w all the fit ppl around me. Now, I go at my own pace, difficult but doable, & Im really starting to enjoy it. It is in fact addicting! Who knew? lol

Anyways, I just wanted to share my new outlook in the hopes of helping some of you guys see it as "not SO bad" too

Onederland! Here I come!!
