My exercise partner isn't around this week, and I was thinking how easy it would be to slack off on exercise. Then I thought of not getting that one point for exercise. So I put leashes on my dogs, and hit the streets for a 40 minute walk by myself.

So thanks for the motivation! I'm so glad I found this site and that we have these monthly challenges.

Yeah those points are great. I love getting 2 for food, by being op I get double the points! Makes losing weight fun and that's not an easy thing to do!
