Good for you! I have been finding that when I add up my unplanned days, they aren't as bad as I am thinking they are.
It's really true. I had this awful moment of panic and thought I had blown it, then I told myself to calm down because it probably wasn't as bad as I thought. And I was right.

Good for you! I hate days when I forget or don't have time to pack a lunch. My favorite go-to is McD's grilled chicken with half the bun. (For future reference )

My day went out of control yesterday, but my eating did not. That makes me very happy. The strategy that worked for me yesterday was "focus on veggies" -- that led to some really good choices.
