Congrats! I'm working towards that. It's a great accomplishment because I feel like the first 10 pounds are hopefully the hardest. After that you fall into a routine and the weight loss thing isn't quite as excruciating. At least that's what I hope. :-)

It's weird how you and I tend to restart at the same time. I haven't been on the site since, oh, August maybe. And here I hop on and find you've posted for the first time in a long, long time just days before me. I can't say I'm restarting, exactly. But I've decided to seek support again.
Ten pounds is an amazing start! Congratulations! Who cares what it is? I always love losing water weight because one, my rings fit better and two, it's really motivational to see your efforts rewarded on the scale. It's a great reminder that your body will respond if given enough time.
Hang in there!

Congrats!
Don't discount water weight and bloating. While those can definitely fluctuate more than actual fat loss, thing like our feet, joints, and heart don't care where the weight loss comes from, they just know that there is 10lbs less pressure on them than there was previously. And a 10lb decrease on the scale is always motivating!
