ubergirl....Thank you for this post and the others as well. I, too, have regained and felt terrible but I have now moved on and am working towards my weight loss goals once again. It feels like a new start, therefore, that's where I'm leaving it. Thank you for inspiring me even further, it's reading post like this that keeps me moving towards my next goal. One step at a time!!

Uber, you are a brave chick! I don't know if you, or many know, but I maintained a 65 lb weight loss for 10 years before I had a family crisis and gained 15 lbs. That and the admission that my health was suffering due to my weight, was the impetus to finally just restart/do it. I lost 70 lbs this last time. I don't want you to think that I have this in the bag. I too struggle from time to time. Many times I feel like maintenance really is just "yo-yoing on a short string".
