I know for many of us going through this journey of weight loss we often look for ways to keep us motivated and encouraged. A friend of mine sent this to me a few weeks ago, and I must say it is certainly motivating. You can add your height, ideal weight, a shape and there will be real people who meet that profile. I think this could help with setting goals as well. Have a great week ladies!

That was a very interesting experience! thanks for posting. Lots of different sizes and shapes for one height and weight, that's for sure. I'm posting the link - I think this will work.
Life style change started on Jan 13, 2011. I was going to lose 100 pounds by Christmas.
I lost 90 pounds by Oct 1, 2011 and am holding there for now. We'll see what happens.
New goal: To maintain at about 160 Final Goal: To decide if I need to lose more
