My daughter just told me about fitday.com, apparently first seen by her on this site. What an amazing weight loss tool!! I have so many different places in which I was storing information, from my work calendar, iPad, iPhone, desktop calendar...anywhere that I could think of just to keep myself on track and record it ALL.
I also recommend CalorieKing.com. Fitday can be lacking when you're trying to find a particular food item or a type of unconventional cuisine (like Pad Thai). CalorieKing.com is free and has loads of restaurant items and general food. And it's free.
Also, if anyone started WeightWatchers but hasn't checked out the app, it had totally rocked my world.

I used Fitday for a while but recently moved to Calorie Count @ About.com because I was frustrated with always having to enter so many foods by hand. Fitday's selection really is lacking so if you eat many international foods or non-US brands you may want to try another site.

I used Fitday for a while too, but as some of the others have already said, I got frustrated with having to enter things manually. I switched to myfitnesspal because it has a lot of options for foods that are available in both the US and Canada but that may have different nutritional values.
