It's been very quiet in this thread. Hopefully that means everyone's out there walking or something!

Speaking of walking, I just got back from a 3 mile walk with my dog. That puts me at 7.5 miles this year so far.

I will join! I had originally set my goal for 2012 at 200 miles and I knew that I could easily reach that and then surpass it by mid summer. I will change my goal to 500. I'm on Week8 of C25K and next Friday I graduate the program Well Im looking forward to reaching my goal for the year and I can't wait for the temp to warm up a little because it is too cold for me to run outside with my 3.5 month old. I so can't wait to buy a Garmin so that I can accurately track my miles outside. Good Luck ladies.

I am still going!!! Last Thursday I was running on the treadmill and I heard a POP! My hip felt like it was going to fall off. I have been off of it for a full week!

I cannot wait to start racking up my miles again! Some of you ladies are kicking TOTAL BOOTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ouch!!!!! I can imagine that was painful! Take it easy. We can't wait to hear that you're back at it.

The weather is cloudy but it feels fantastic this morning! I am planning on getting in a 3 mile walk with my dog later on!

I just got back from a 2 mile walk with my dog and my daughter, who has finally decided she's tired of the stroller and walked with us for most of the trip.

Miles done so far: 11!

You know, I never thought of it that way before! Thanks! 500 Miles seems like such a long way, but taking it in little chunks like that will get me there!
