Default BodyBugg

Who uses the BodyBugg? Hoping to get on for my birthday! I've discovered I enjoy counting calories & monitoring calories burned, etc, so I think the BodyBugg will be a fun gadget to play with and push me along.

I am also looking into a BodyBugg or the BodyMedia Fit. They just had an AMAZING sale last week and I am kickig myself now for not buying it. It was the BOdyBugg SP with an extra strap SHIPPED for like $96. *palm to forehead stupid, stupid, stupid*

I'd love to hear from a user!

I got a fitbit for Christmas which does the same thing. Love it!

I just ordered one through 24Hour Fitness online; they seem to have the best deal right now.

It's still a nice chunk of change, but if tracking calories burned by activity has the same effect on me as tracking my calories has had, it will be worth it. I tried tracking activity manually, the way I do calories, but I'm not able to do so accurately at all.

Let us know how it works for you once you get it!

I got a GWF when they first came out and loved it. But I lost it while moving a couple years ago. I missed it so that I chose to get a BMF Core for myself for Christmas (instead of looking through my storage boxes) and have been wearing it for a week now. Love it! I don't know how accurate it is, but it sure is motivating! As I get close to bedtime, I plug it in and see what my caloric expenditure is vs the intake and make sure to hop on the erg rower to burn off enough to put me in at least a 500 calorie deficit. Makes me thing twice about eating one more thing at the end of the day too.

I love my BMF and I love the food tracker!! I found it so user friendly. Much easier to use and enter my food than some other on-line sites.
