Default New Year's Resolutions

One of my resolutions is to continue with my healthy lifestyle.

In the past year I went from a size 18W to a size 14 and lost 33 lbs. I worked out 3x a week for an hour each, half an hour of cardio and half an hour of weights, and did additional running some weeks. I ran my first 2 5Ks. If I duplicate this effort in 2012 I will meet my goal weight while feeling really good, so that's my goal.

Please share your goals if you like.

My biggest goal in 2012 will be to reach my weight loss goal! I'm so excited to begin maintenance and try new exercises. I want to live healthy for the rest of my life so this year will be spent reinforcing good habits and finding the proper balance of calories and exercise.

I also plan to save most of the Christmas money I receive from family for new clothes once I'm at or below goal. Almost all of my clothes are too big at this point but I've made do since I can layer for winter. I can't wait to buy cute new clothes for spring!

I also plan to reach my goal weight in 2012, whatever that goal ends up being! Into the 150's for sure, and a regular exercise program which will become a habit for me!
