Default Down more than I could dream
I am so pleased, I weighed myself and have lost 13 lbs. I also measured myself and have lost a total of 5 inches. Off my bust=1 inch lost, off my waist=3 inches and finally off my hips=1 inch

Due to Rheumatoid Arthritis, I am reduced to ROM exercises only. So I am pleased!

Well congrats on your weight loss. As to the exercise, don't worry. While it facilitates the toning and muscle building, diet is the mainstay to weight loss and you are on a positive path. Continued success to you.

Congratulations my fellow Ontarian!

I noticed that we both have the same starting weight, current weight and goal weight. I haven't met anyone else here who's in such a similar spot. Weird, hunh?
