Well,I have to say,I started off the month not good.I was afraid by the end,I wouldn't make goal,but yay...I did! I'm down 6 lbs. as of this morning,so happy about that and actually looking forward to next month now.

Congrats to everyone meeting their January goals...y'all are doing great! I usually can't lose that much in one month, but hopefully if I have some accountability here to check and post my weight every week I'll be even more motivated! Is it okay if I join now and just dive right into February?

Starting weight for the challenge: 155

February 26: 150
March 25: 145
April 29: 140
May 27: 135-140/maintain (build muscle)
June 25: maintain (build muscle)

How did everyone do in January? I saw 211 on the scale this morning, but it was 211.8, so I've decided to call it 212 and stick with six pounds lost for January. Not bad, considering I didn't get started until almost halfway through the month.

My goal for February is five more pounds gone, which would bring me to 207.

Every month I will come to this post and edit my goals. I want to lose at least five pounds every month!

January: Goal- 228.4*achieved* Final January Weight: 224.2 9.2 lbs. lost

I lost 3lbs this month instead of the 5 I had wanted to lose. But I started late and at least there is a loss!

Default Onderland by My Birthday!

I know it's February now, but can I join? I started in January, just didn't see this thread. Anyways, I would love to arrive at ONEderland by my birthday, which is on July 9th. My last birthday was the worst birthday ever--my computer crashed and I totaled my car all in the same week. So I'd like to make this one the best ever by celebrating a loss of 50 lbs!


Goal: 199 lbs. by July 9

I'd need to lose an average of 7.2 lbs per month. Actual weight is in green.

January 1st: 242
February 1st: (Goal: 234.8 lbs) 235.8 :P
March 1st: (Goal: 227.6) 227.2 Woot!
April 1st: (Goal: 220.4) 222.4 Hopefully I can catch up next month.
May 1st: (Goal: 213.2) 216.2
June 1st: (Goal: 206)
July 9th--my birthday: (Goal: 199)

Well.... I dunno what's going on with me. Struggled all month with a gain. Made a ton of different changes to try to get things moving again. Cried at the scale this morning seeing I ended up weighing more at the end of the month than I did at the beginning. Hitting rock bottom here I'm not going to post it. Too embarrassed. Nice to see at least others are successful so far. Good work everyone.

Down one pound so far this month. Not a very auspicious beginning, but I didn't think I was going to lose anything this week at all, so I'll take it.

I would love to join need challenges to keep me going. I know Im late but just had my baby 2 weeks ago. I would love to be 185 by July 1st.

April 1st-215 (thyriod levels where off doc adjusted meds hope I lose more this month)
