Talking I can do this!

I've been losing and gaining the same 5-7 pounds for the past couple of months. With the stress in my life, I kind of lost track of things. Well the past week I've been far more aware of what I've been eating, and have been making healthy choices. The changes I've made have been relatively painless, and in the past week I've seen the scale go from 278-282 range to the 270.2-272.2. It's been a long time since I changed my ticker, and I'm happy to today. I'm proud of myself, and it won't be long til I'm in the size 22 jeans I tried on two weeks ago (they did up but they didn't look pretty). That being said I'll be happy to just maintain through the December holiday season, any losses will be an added bonus.

The support and advice here has made a huge difference in the change in mindset, as have some very personal things.

Good for you!!! Keep at it. I am sure it won't be long until you can fit into those jeans. Making healthy choices feels so good and not just weight related.
