I haven't been able to exercise for a few days, cause I hurt my back. Since I haven't been exercising, I'm craving sugar and carbs (more than usual), my clothes feel tighter, and I just feel gross. It's only been two days. Is there such a thing as exercise withdrawl??? I was only doing 20 minutes seven days a week on the exercise bike. I guess it was having more positive benefits than I thought.
It's so laughable that I would feel this way-missing exercise. I am the most unathletic and uncoordinated person!...besides being a couch potato-well, I don't watch much tv, but I love to read on the couch.
