Good morning all. Congratulations BeverlyJoy for passing your mini goal. Well done. I woke up this morning feeling a bit more like myself...hooray!

Grateful for...

...a break from the heavy rain!
...the Everything Bean book
...my mom
...e-mail
...uplifting discussion boards
...going to bed at a decent time
...getting through each day as positively as possible and having the tools to turn those bad days around
...hot shower

Have a great day. I am hoping we get a break from the bad weather, it is really hard on my house and my mood.

+ nice and relaxing dinner last night with Rob & John

+ "re-gifted" Heather with the huge crock of hot chocolate - Why do people give sugar to diabetics?

+ have the Mill bank deposit ready and everything balances!

+ manageable snow yesterday - just enough to not need the lane ploughed

+ Christmas entertaining supplies are now stashed away

Hello! I laughed at the re-gifting of the chocolate. Sometimes people really just don't think.

I am grateful for a break in the rain last night!

...a dog willing to walk with me in the dark because we so desperately needed to get out.
...Christmas lights still up on other houses at night since mine are already down.
...the rain holding until we were almost back to the car.
...flashlights.
...an afternoon with friends.
...a sense of humor and acceptance for my body.
...colored pens!

I am grateful for my wonderful year. It has been a big one. I have done so many new and healthy things.
-I started to eat healthier and learned about how foods work, how to make healthier ones from scratch instead of packaged foods or eating out. I am very grateful that I can eat fresh, healthy foods and support the local economy
-I started to exercise on a regular basis. I have worked my way up to 3 miles per day. I am so grateful I can move my body and that I am finding joy in exercise
-I started to work on my attitude and looking for things to be thankful about. It has really changed me. I am more positive and try to be less quick to judge and give people the benefit of the doubt. I am grateful for this healthier mindset I am working towards. I am also grateful because it makes me live in the moment and calms my mind.
-I am posting and connecting with people who share the same goals as me. I have never found a place where I could come and get support or give it. I have found that I like giving support as much as I like getting it. I am very grateful to be a part of this community.

What are you grateful for when you look back at the year?
