I'm in! I've been holding steady and bouncing up and down about a four pound window (lose the gain, overeat again, lose it again) the past month, and I'm finally on a downward trajectory again. I'm going to be changing my plan in the next few weeks to seriously take the weight off in a speedier fashion, so I'm looking forward to that strictness and structure.

I'm in! I'm pretty proud of myself- over the Thanksgiving Holiday I only gained 2 Lbs. and we had ham so some of that could be water weight. I hope that I will be in the 170's by the new year!
