 Hello all!
I'm still not weighing daily for the sake of my sanity, but wanted to pop in and say "hi!"
I'm still maintaining. It seems to be a pattern with my pregnancies: gain 8-10lbs in the first 6 weeks and maintain for a while. *sigh* Not my favorite, but I can deal with it. I'm feeling a little better, the morning sickness comes and goes, it's mostly just bad in the evenings now. I'll be 12 weeks on Saturday, so hopefully it will disappear altogether soon.
I hope you all have great success with your weight loss in December!

Weight loss on hold while I'm pregnant with baby #3, due June 2012.

I'm in this month! I'm not going to set a goal. I just want to keep on track through the end of the year. I already weigh daily, so hopefully writing it here will help me:

Good Morning, Everyone! Welcome to a new month!
I am up an hour early this morning. I have the Terminix guy coming to the house to do the yearly termite inspection. I also have AT & T coming to the house this morning to do a modem upgrade. I negotiated better service for a cheaper monthly price. Hopefully everything still works when they all leave.
Calories for yesterday: 1540 + (and tons of sodium at the Japanese restaurant)
Weigh In: 148.6
Up: 1.2 pounds

Broke down and had some onions rings with the family last night. So no loss/no gain if fine by me. Plus I have not been working out this week like I normally do. Will run 3 miles this afternoon, then rest until Saturday when I plan to run 10 to 13 miles.

180.2 I don't like that at all . . . but, I also have been WAY slack on my water intake, like letierally maybe 2 glasses for the last 4 or 5 days.
So . . . bring on December, I'm going hard core this month woot woot.
I have a 10g challenge at work with a couple of co-workers. That's the minimum but I'm going for 12 hee hee. And a personal challenge of loosing that "obese" title again this month. I know it's holiday season and that's lots of food and baking, but I'm using that strategically. Oh yes, it's healthy christmas treats this year!! I always bake, that's what I do for friends and family (They've already started asking when its coming ha ha) but that's easy to solve, I'll bake the things I don't like to eat
Quite the ramble already this morning . . . . lets get more vocal this month ladies and Gent . . . .
Can you tell the vacation did me well ha ha

I don't really know where to start my December. The scale gave me a 2lb range today, which was both higher and lower than yesterday's high/low. Anywhere from 198.3 to 200.3

Welcome to all the newcomers. I also started to post here because I was already weighing every day. Adding the task of posting here is much more rewarding. Not to mention this forum has the healthiest view about daily weighing! Think of it like research, your weight is going to fluctuate. So become accustomed to it to help you in the long run.
Crainjo - love the 10k. Do you think the running helped a lOt with the30 pounds in 3 months?
AKA - congrats on completing the c25k. I did it about 7 years ago and loved it. I did not have a continuation plan though and I think that hurt me. Did you find your follow on plan somewhere or create it yourself?
Diana - I want to stay aware when I hit goal and I think it is a great idea you do this daily weigh in!
Kukkie - sounds like you and I need to venture out and get new scales.
Coondocks - I think it is important for us to be aware of our bodies. Good job.
My goals for December:
1) Continue couch to 5 K - started week 1, day 1 yesterday
2) Meet my new years challenge
3) Log my food & exercise daily
When I meet these goals, make new ones.

Could just be me but I take the higher number. Not for a pesimistic reason at all . . . but im more likely to see a motivating whoosh that way
Im rocking it out Kukkie . . . join me in some silly shananigan fun for the month wont you?

Coon I typically take the higher number as well, except that my scale has been so out of whack that I'm not really accounting for any of it right now. I just don't trust the damn thing anymore
Shananigan fun, hmm? You're on sistah!
