I found a book called "Thin For Life" by Anne Fletcher at my library last weekend. Unlike most "diet" books, this author interviewed people who lost anywhere from 20 to over one hundred pounds (some lost over 200 pounds) and have kept it off. They shared what they did to lose the weight, how they're keeping it off, and how they keep from setbacks turning into gaining back all the weight they've lost. They shared their daily healthful habits. It was very inspiring. There is a followup book called "Eating Thin for Life" that I ordered from amazon used for very cheap (my library didn't have it).
