I am officially starting the Atkins diet/lifestyle change. My husband has been doing this for a few weeks now and has lost 20lbs already just on the diet alone. I have decided it's time for me to join him and he is very supportive and all for me doing this.

I was wondering if anyone here has any great websites about what foods are low/no carb and such(like veggies that I could eat on this diet).

http://www.atkinsfriends.com/ is a huge site with a ton of info. I go on Atkins every now and then and I have always had great success especially in the first few weeks, after awhile I switch back to low cal and keep on losing that way so have never gained any of the weight back, I'm just not that keen on protien to do the diet for more then a month at a time. There is a great newbie site with all the rules if you ask in the chat room there they'll tell u it. I used to have in but have lost it. Make sure you read the book, that's where you get all the good info, good luck
