I am officially starting the Atkins diet/lifestyle change. My husband has been doing this for a few weeks now and has lost 20lbs already just on the diet alone. I have decided it's time for me to join him and he is very supportive and all for me doing this.
I was wondering if anyone here has any great websites about what foods are low/no carb and such(like veggies that I could eat on this diet).
