I cannot believe I've stayed the same this week as I've been eating more the past three days. Went out to eat twice this weekend, and gobbled up the leftovers yesterday - things like magic cookie bars - oh, so good - chocolate, deep fried oysters, shrimp fried rice, duck spring rolls, salmon soaked in butter, 1 frozen daiquari. All this stuff should add up in calories - I don't know how much, but I'm glad I didn't gain. I compensated a bit by making my other meals smaller, tried to fill up some on salad and water, and threw out the rest of the magic cookie bar crumbs when it became apparent that I was going to be the only one eating them, but I really enjoyed the rich food and good company and going out to eat.
I'm going to try to do some walking or swimming this week. It's been so cold and snowy, I haven't felt like taking walks. Too cold and slippery. But I want to at least swim this week. I need to move.
