Default Weekend Warriors

Ok...the weekend is upon us. In the past the weekend has been my biggest weakness. I can do great all week and the weekend comes and all that goes out the window. Two weeks ago I had a great weekend due to a bet. Last weekend I had a great weekend just because I wanted it bad enough.

Well, I want it bad enough again. No matter what I will stick to my program this weekend. 4 pointers!! No exceptions (Never mind that tonight is a birthday party with pizza and cake!)

I am a weekend warrior (Didn't miss Chris post something about being warriors?) I can and will have a perfect weekend.

Who's with me?

I'm in!!!

I posted about this same topic in my journal this morning. I usually screw up at least one day on the weekends. But not THIS weekend! I am going to be in control. I have my exercise planned out. I am going to stay totally on my food plan. Lots of water, fiber, fruits & veggies. Saturday's motivation for staying OP is that I am going out with friends to some clubs & I want to feel all cute & skinny, not bloated from overeating during the day! Sunday we have church, so as long as I stay away from the bagels in the fellowship hall, I should do okay.

I am determined to be in control this weekend! The day is mine for the taking!!!

I'm soooo with you. But my will is weak so I need a lot of help from my friends.

My weekend warrior plan is to clean house!
Plan decent meals and not snack in between.
Take the dogs on a jaunt around the Beach

Since my weekend is a little weird I started yesterday and will go back to work on Sunday I am with you all. Ruthxxx posted in her journal putting a timer on and going to do. I have put on a timer in 1 hour increments for cleaning and plan to get on the elliptical during Oprah. So far awesome my bathrooms needed this scrubdown, how do men think the soap dispensers get refilled? The soap dispenser fairy?

Anyway I look for strength tommorow since I am having a dinner and a movie with my BIL, his wife, and Dusty.

GO WEEKEND WARRIORS!
Miss Chris
