Default No appetite?

I know it's not good for your metabolism to say the least not to eat near your calorie goals [mine is 1200] but I just haven't felt hungry in days now. I just chalked it up to my stomach had been upset and I've had a lot going on, but I'm just NOT hungry. I'm not taking anything to curb my appetite either, so it's weird that I'm just not hungry ever.

Should I still force myself to eat? I just don't want anything and I don't want to force myself but with the gluten/lactose/dairy problems there's only so many things I can eat, but I just don't want anything. Not even pizza or something on the "no" list, just nothing.

Advice?

Drink lots of water and the hunger may actually come on. When I'm stressed out I stop eating and have to force myself to eat. It's usually steamed vegetables when I'm really stressed out.
