Rubidoux, allowing yourself one unhealthy meal a month is fine. In the beginning, I was going to do the same thing, but changed my mind. LOL Today is my 2 month anniversary of starting my new lifestyle. You are doing great! Keep doing what is working for you.

cfmama, I know how you feel. There are days, I am consumed with so much that I forget to eat lunch. Definitely not a good thing. Planning is KEY. Hope you find the time.

My goals for September are time management. I have been good with my eating/exercise. Just seems that I spend too much time on the computer. LOL Especially when I have housework/laundry to do.
