Im def back in. I don't know what my weigh in will be, i know it'll be in the 80's . . . . sigh. Such is life.
I've come to see how much it helps me though, having a place to be accountable. I don't know if my month is going to be scale oriented, not likely, but it will be number oriented :) Minutes on treadmill (Hiking) Minutes on Treadmill (C25K) Crunches Squats Pushups Lunges Yup . . . those are the major ones Im focussing on. I don't think I have a 'goal' number set in mind, but thats what im working on. Every day, 2 of those numbers have to go up at least :) :) Gotta change it up some how right? 01 - 179.6 |

I'm in! August was rough for me, and I'm ending it with a relapse of sickness I have been fighting for two or three weeks. Still, though I has a small regain and am struggling to lose more right now, I am committed to keeping up what I know works and I WILL see the 180's!
