Default how much water do you retain?

Before I realized I was starting the dreaded TOM, I hopped on the scale and saw I gained six pounds!!! Is it possible to retain that much water?

We ate dinner at a friends's house, and I had something very salty (french onion soup), so that may account for some of it.

Even my face looks fatter...sigh...

Yup ... 5+ here... it depends on how much I succumb to my PMS salt-cravings!
Starting again in 2006!

I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it!!

Same here, 5+lbs. It is horrible, but just wait till you loose it all at once and a couple extra on top. That is always nice, lol.
