Going to try to post pictures - 110 lbs gone... so far :)
 

I was having a tense day today - feeling kind of bad about myself and stressed. Then I went to yoga, and felt a lot of gratitude for what my body can do. There's still a lot that I can't do, and I am looking forward to stretching myself both literally and figuratively. But I left yoga feeling grateful if not graceful, and proud, and with a kind of lightness that I haven't felt in a long time.
That said, I thought I would post some "before" and "during" shots.
The before is at Disney last December, and I had actually already lost about 30 lbs. I remember thinking that I had to stay committed to this because I made Buzz Lightyear look small!
The "during" was taken today.
I've never posted pictures before so I hope this works!
