Cheryl you are definitely not a wimp! Look how far you have come in your weight loss. We are in the same place- the middle of our weight loss journey. With me after losing 60 lbs. and needing to lose around 50-60 more I was having a lot of trouble with motivation. Last month I fell off the wagon a little bit. I gained back 9 Lbs. of hard lost Lbs. I'm finally almost back where I started in June. I do the same thing as you do- around 2-5 each afternoon I crave something sweet. Right now I'm eating red seedless grapes or 1/2 cup dried fruit or something equal to around 100-150 calories to get me through that afternoon hunger. Warm drinks help too...coffee, tea, etc. It is really hard doing this. But I keep reminding myself of all the positive rewards that come with each pound lost.
