well there's one way to stay on plan
Take a second job so that you don't have time to THINK about food... never mind eat it! lol!!!!
I've started grooming dogs on the weekend... I actually had NO idea that I wouldn't get a chance to sit down ... never mind eat or drink anything! However the workout it provides is awesome. Lifting heavy dogs on and off tables, into tubs, bathing them, clippering them... it's pretty awesome. I sweat like a pig. I like that. lol!
So the challenge will be finding quick, portable, bit sized food to nom while I eat. I'm up for that challenge.
Oh AND we went to the fair saturday afternoon and dinner time AND I packed my own dinner (chicken sandwich, banana) and drank water. While the kiddo's pigged out on chinese food and cotton candy I didn't eat ONE LITTLE BITE. I JUST finished sugar detoxing... not doing that again!

Still plugging along on this weight loss highway!
