Thanks. everyone! I did really well in July but didn't even join in for August. I have too many days this month that I know I won't be able to post. I go on vacation at the end of the month. A whole group of friends and our families rent cottages just east of here on the lake shore. We have a ball. It's only 20 miles from home, so it really is a "staycation" as most of us go to work a day or two and come back and forth to take care of plants and gardens and such. But I don't do internet on my phone, so I will be missing from cyberspace for 10 days unless I check in when I run in to pick tomatoes and peppers. I might join in again in September.
BTW, I have been losing at almost the same rate from the beginning of my "diet." The first 10 weeks I lost 30 pounds for an average of 3 pounds a week. This is the start of week 31. I've lost 49 pounds in weeks 11 - 30, so it's just about 2.5 pounds a week on average. If I have a week where I lose very little, I usually have a whoosh the next. Worst week ever - .2 pounds. Best - 4.4 pounds. No huge losses, no going backwards - so far. We'll see how I do on vacation!

Life style change started on Jan 13, 2011. I was going to lose 100 pounds by Christmas.
I lost 93 pounds by Oct 1, 2011 and am holding there for now. We'll see what happens.
New goal: To maintain at about 160
Final Goal: To decide if I need to lose more
