Default Been 2 months...Hello!

Been 2 months since I hit Goal Weight...sort of Got Busy having FUN this summer and have not had much time to stop by but I am going to more often so I can spread the love and support to you all~!

I feel so Great and I really want to help inspire others so if you want check out my blog and under that name on facebook you can 'like' my page where I'll put up lots of motivational stuff and information about healthy foods and exercise, etc!

Ran my Marathon End of May and have another race in 2 weeks and another Full Marathon...26.2 Miles in October! So excited!

I Lost 150lbs in 1yr 11months-maintaining for over 14months now! Calorie Counting taught me portion control - I became a Runner- It was NOT easy- A lot of sweat, blood and tears but now I run Marathons I love Running - and not just what it has done for my body but what it has done for my soul. I online coach new runners and those losing weight with a holistic approaches to healthier living!
