everyone else has been doing so well, i hate to be the parade-rainer. but i'm just really dissapointed.
i was very excited about my weigh in today. it had been a week. i've been on plan all week. eating healthy. i exercised everyday. i hadn't lost since mid december, and i was ready for it.
i gained a pound. i'm at 222. i'm just so exasperated.
i mean, other times i've gained, i can pinpoint where i went off. the day i binged. or that i'd been lazy. but NOT THIS TIME!!
david has 4 theories. can you let me know what you guys think?
the first is, i am on my period. started this weekend. how much do you guys gain then?
second is, i've started light weightlifting.
could i have possibly gained muscle?
third, that when i'd been doing the bike, i wasn't working hard enough.
fourth, that i'm not eating enough. (i say at 1200 most days)
i'm trying not to get too upset, to avoid eating all these things:
