Hi Everyone! I have been wanting to get my mileage up and thought it would be fun to log miles on 3FC! The goal is to get 365 miles in 365 days. You can walk, jog, or run them
whatever you can do! This challenge is to help get us more active and to encourage others to keep going! Anyone can be a part of it, regardless of what activity level you are on. Each step counts!
I'm doing the couch to 5k and should be complete with it Mid-January and thought it would be fun to have a fun goal to work towards!
Who is up for challenge? You can track your miles with any form of exercise you use!
Jogging, Walking, Wii, Exercise Dvds, Biking, or even swimming. If i left anything out, then you can use that too!!
I made a spreadsheet so we can track our group totals too for the year!
