Diana -- I found another recipe for a custard, and it's weight watchers!

Rennie -- You are so sweet to offer! I would love that, but they won't let you mail food across the border. I will have to wait until we go across to Buffalo. I'll be sure to get some though. I make my oatmeal very thick, can't stand it runny. After your walk you'll work away that extra 97 calories, no problem, you got this!

Roxy & Vixsin -- Okay, I'm going to have to try it on Broccoli slaw -- I do love Broc slaw, but never have used it with hot food...I always eat it raw.

Ona -- Good job holding on to that number!

Angie Thanks for that link. Dang! That looks good! Are you planning on steaming or sauteing the broccoli slaw? I think steamed/sauteed broccoli slaw would be great with the chicken.

LGW In my area, you can buy it in the produce section where the packaged salads are located.

LGW - My Trader Joe's has organic broccoli slaw for $1.99 a bag

Love - I guess time will tell if I have my calories right! I know that there has to be something with the trend I noticed so I will give this a week and see. I bet those all Zumba dance classes are a blast!

Jami - Thanks! Fingers crossed!

Angie - I am tracking what I eat. It's funny that you say that because I was thinking the same thing. Actually, I started the Clean Program today. After 21 days of eating Clean and removing foods that people are known to have sensitivities to, I can add certain foods back in slowly to kind of test to see how I feel with eating certain foods and if I have any sensitivities to them.

Angie and Vixsin I'm gonna have to check out that broccoli slaw

Hi puneri

Hey Ona same is better than an up like me and it's your 180 Hope you had a wonderful day

Angie I tried. Chinese was brought home for dinner and I hadn't planned to have any but I did anyway. One measured unpacked cup of vegetable fried rice. The walk gave me 138 calories to spare but I don't have any way to calculate the rice the range is crazy so I'll just cross my fingers for a good weigh in. I read yesterday 1/2 fresh lemon to 1.5 cups of water so I had that also. I'm trying really hard here

Blanch Good job on the .2 down ... that is a really interesting avatar.

LGW I saw broccoli slaw in the bag salad section at the supermarket. I use the bag cole slaw shreds.

Allison the classes are a blast. I was hoping that someone on here would give you calorie to age/weight site. I know that's what I used when I first started. MFP gives you a calorie range, the site actually decreased mine by 10. I don't know why though, maybe something I did on there

kwigg great NSV with the chocolate

ok treadmill check in

~31.40 time (put in 32min. in MFP)
~ 1.75 distance
~ 3.3-3.5 speed
~ 3.5 incline
~ 228 calorie burn on treadmill 235 calorie burn on MFP

shower time see you all in the morning

Vickie -- Yes, this is the first summer I've honestly tried to lose weight and it doesn't take much for me to slip or jump right off plan. You add on vacations and everything else you've dealt with and it feel next to impossible. BUT...you CAN do it, and so can I!

Rennie -- Thanks. There were a few times today when I came across something sweet and calorie/sodium riddled and as I stared that delicious high calorie food down...I heard the whistle! LOL...one time, I even drew my gun and shot it. HA! It's actually a pretty good visualization technique! I'm really sorry to hear to you had a rough day. You'll get back on track soon, I'm sure...one good decision at a time! Chug that lemon water girly!!

Vixsin -- I'm going to have to try that broccoli slaw too!

Kwigg -- You are SO right. NSVs are at least important as the scale if not more because of how much we need them when the scale isn't moving! Congrats on showing that chocolate who's boss!

puneri, OnaMi, blanche --

CutieCourt - GREAT goal! Hope to see you here daily

Wyllowbelle -

Jami - I LOVE your visualization! fantastic!

Rennie - You are trying really hard -- although you had Chinese foor, you had a MEASURED cup of it! Great job! I know you're upset about having it at all, but just think of your progress...you measured it out! There's no way I could have resisted Chinese take out put right in front of me. Good Job!

Kwigg - Great job with defeating the craving! Chocolate is a MAJOR weakness of mine!

Allison - I'm intrigued by the Clean Eating Program...I think I'm going to have to google it later on!

Ona - Nice holding steady!

puneri - hi!

Vixsin, Angie, Diana, FitGirlyGirl -- I'm going to have to try this broccoli slaw stuff! I'll look for it next time i'm shopping.

Vixsin - Congrats on staying strong and hitting your anniversary!

Mandy - Hope you are feeling better!

Blanch - Welcome! Congrats on a great start!

Matilda - Hi!

Vickie - Sorry to hear about the stressors. You need some Coming here will definitely help

Artic Mama - what a beautiful baby! Welcome back

to everyone I've missed. I read throughout the day but can't always respond. OK, I have to go. Can't be late for work again today! Have a great day everyone!!

Me -- I'm down 1.4 to 204.8!!! I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself Thinking about it, my guess is part of that whoosh is the (ie, sodium) from Saturday's bar-food indulgence leaving (I'm down almost 3lbs from Sunday ). But that number on the scale today was so unexpected, and I'm soooo excited about it!

DH and I had already planned a dinner to Applebee's this night - we have a lot of stuff to talk about and always have our best discussion out at dinner. So we had agreed that when he got below 250 and I was below 205.9, we'd go. Anyway, we'll be going tonight now so I expect an up tomorrow. But I will plan the day around dinner tonight
