That's a great goal to strive for! I'd love to see Onederland by the end of the year too!
I feel like a million bucks today. On a normal day when my gym buddy (my mom) would opt out of going for the day, then I would too. Today I didnt. And I pushed myself on the elliptical. 35 minutes later I was drenched. What a great feeling! I also am proud of myself today at lunch. We ordered out for a co-workers birthday. I ate 1/2 of my order instead of all of it. Those two things are pretty significant victories for me. I'm really hoping and feeling like I'm turning a corner here. Now if Mr. Motivation can stay with me!

Woo, great goal! I think it would be a wonderful (hah I accidentally typed 'onederful' at first and had to correct ) Christmas present.

I weighed in today at 239.5 so now in a new group! A total of 5 weeks and 18.5 pounds lost. On July 27 I was 257.8. Working my way toward onederland!

Welcome and congrats on your loss so far! That's fantastic!!
It's so nice to hear about everybody seeing onederland and working toward it - I wasn't focused on that until I saw other people in this thread writing about it and realized that it might be within reach. I was 234.8 today and hoping that's an indicator that my somewhat stuck scale has started moving down...
Going away for the weekend and made reservations at a sushi place and a seafood place hoping those will make things easy - checked out times for the exercise classes at the hotel... I'm a little worried about avoiding eating junk on the plane (5 hour flight) and other situations where we are grabbing food on the go, but thinking I might pick up a box of protein bars so I always have something on me. It does seem like more places are offering healthy choices, and I'm learning what choices are good at those kind of fast food/on the go places, so hopefully I will be OK!

Had a big setback. Got down to 220 and bounced right back to 230. :-( My problem is that I reward myself too much for my achievements and then get off track. Really disappointed that I gained that much back. Well, here's to starting all over again.
I stayed on plan with my eating this weekend but exercise was completely non-existant. I am looking forward to getting back to the gym today though. The bad weather pushed on through and it is so nice and pleasant out now!
