Finally I did it
I'm 239.0 I thought It was 239.4, step on the scale a dozen times and it stayed at 239.0 I'm so happy, Glad to finally be out of the 240's after being in a rut for 3 weeks ugh
I starting drinking more water, started the 30 day shred program and biking 9 miles on my recumbent for 45 minutes did the trick
