Angry new and motivated!
Hi everyone! I am new to the boards yesterday and have just started posting. I find all of this sooo fun and motivating! I hope to start a journal, soon, too.

I am 30 years old, and have a darling boyfriend who I've been dating 15 months now. I have a kitty name Charlie and I am a graphic designer. I have PCOS and desperately need to loose 100 pounds, and this time -- NO EXCUSES!

I am taking glucaphage for the PCOS and have always had a hard time with it making me sick. This time, I am putting that pill in my mouth and swallowing it -- no matter what!!

Also, I am going 4 Jazzersice classes per week, and just eating sensibly. I am really hoping this will give me the extra commitment I need to make 2003 my healthiest year ever!!

I always thought that jazzercise looks like fun, but I've never tried it.

Welcome and congrats on taking a step in the right direction and joing us all here. You'll get heaps of support and motivation and meet some neat people.

There are lots of us with PCOS around so there's plenty of support there.
