Good morning, Mandy. I see your collarbones! I have to tell you how much I enjoy your posts. First, you remind me of one of the kids DD went to school with. Her name is also Mandy - though that may not really be your name after all! You have such a positive attitude and are doing so well on this healthy journey. I love the photos you post and really enjoyed looking at your wedding photos on your blog. You have made amazing progress in a short time and I just know you will reach your goal and stay there. PS - I remember finding my collarbones, actually feeling my hamstrings while stretching instead of just fat, getting my fingers around my wrist, etc. Small victories, perhaps, but these are the things that keep me going as much as the number on the scale or the fact that I can do an entire "Full Body Burn" class at the gym without collapsing. Just keep celebrating the victories we have each and every day!

thank you lin... i try to stay positive even when it gets rough. i think it's a waste of time to get angry and/or upset about things that i can't change... and if i can change them, it's better to use my energy on making the change than complaining about the problem. i get frustrated, vent it out, and then move forward. it's the only way i know how to be.
