Default Damn you!

Damn you 160s. This is freaken killing me im 167 and for these past 2 weeks I have been 167. Im frustrated that I am not seeing a diffrence in my weight since then. Today I did 20 mins of Biggest Loser Wii. Then did some biggest loser cardio. Wasnt enough. I woke up late and now have to head for work which requires me to walk back and forth. So what can I posssibly to push through this plateau this week.

These things happen.

Try adjusting your calories up or down. Try adding in different foods. Try different exercises. Keep making healthy choices, and the scale will eventually show the difference.

In the meantime, the scale isn't actually the be-all end-all of success. Are you taking measurements? Have you taken pictures? Are your clothes fitting better? Sometimes a body can change without the scale needing to move much.
