No fried foods challenge
Hi all! I'm new around here, but wanted to share what I've been doing as a challenge for the last few weeks. I plan to continue with this challenge until at least July 1, and would LOVE to have some of y'all join me! It's going to be difficult, as I'm going on vacation next week, but I know I can do it!
Fried foods have always been one of my BIG downfalls. That and sweets! So... I've been cutting WAAAAAAY back on my sweets, which is awesome. I have also decided to completely cut any and all fried foods from my diet. I've done great so far!
My goal: Continue on until at least July 1 with NO FRIED FOODS WHATSOEVER! Not even a bite! I know I can do it!!! Now who's with me?!?
