Didn't WI today,couldn't exercise.
(an hour of Zumba tonight and will jog/walk afterwards) Don't need to see any negativity from the scale! I know I'm eating healthy,on plan... an accomplishment in itself

For a long time I've been wanting to make some Black Bean Brownies w/cool whip on top
Well...a couple of weeks ago i made 2..yes 2!! small pans..thinking i would wrap small pieces up and have a piece a day..Nope didn't work.
After 2 days of noticing I was eating more brownies than healthy food,seeing the scale go up..I threw the rest way,talked to myself,get my act together,Re-acquainted myself with the tools and knowledge I've been taught to lose weight
(even though the scale isn't moving like I think it should right now I'm good cause i know in my heart I'm doing everything I can and eating healthy for life is what it's all about for me really) learned something in the process and Won that war!!!
