Well, should I blame TTOM or the sodium from the Japanese restaurant?

Calories for yesterday: 1540 + + tons of sodium + TTOM = disaster

I have actually been making trips to the store and eating (at least) 1000+ calories at night. Every night. For a week. *sigh* I'm at a loss. I'm so emotionally frazzled this week, I'm truly at the end of my rope, barely keeping it together. I don't know what to do at this point.

I am up .2 today to 189.4. Ahh, that old familiar dance with 189 that I was doing last week. Whatever. Got in a GRRRRRREAAATTT run yesterday. Stuck to the plan and was able to run for 30 mins straight. I felt SO strong!!!

My eating is on plan. I am not worried about that dumb scale!

Hang in there, Gale. In times like those, I get out my old food journal that I used to write everything i ate by hand. I used to jot down feelings in there at times too. It also includes some darker things like the day I binged and all of those feelings. Going back and flipping through it helps me to remember how far I've come and the things that i've already been able to overcome. It helps me to re-find my focus and that drive. it helps me remember that I AM worth the hard work and it WILL all pay off in the end.

everyone!

Didn't WI today,couldn't exercise. (an hour of Zumba tonight and will jog/walk afterwards) Don't need to see any negativity from the scale! I know I'm eating healthy,on plan... an accomplishment in itself

Just stay with it Cutie, your hard work WILL pay off

(even though the scale isn't moving like I think it should right now I'm good cause i know in my heart I'm doing everything I can and eating healthy for life is what it's all about for me really) learned something in the process and Won that war!!!

Vix - Im totally challenging you to a run-off when my ankle is better
Im hoping to get in some more yoga tonight, it didn't bother me yesterday so at least that's something.

I think i've given up weighing for the month, my body is doing weird things the last week and I don't want to see that number and get discouraged. Logically I know I shouldn't, things happen, but when are we always logical ha ha!
