reptogirl just have confidence in knowing that by staying on plan the weigh has got to come off. Have you taken your measurements lately? The scale may not be moving but the inches may be vanishing

Jami I definitely need your drive this go around My weight loss has slowed down a lot but I also haven't been giving it my all. I did today pass up or should I say ignored my brain when I wanted to chow down on the frosted flakes (straight from the box). They have been my weakness here lately. Instead I had a cup of grapes. So off to a good start so far.

Mandy -- Good job on the 2lbs today and on a great month of May!

Roxy -- That's good that you are working with people who can empathize with military life. How long will he be gone once he is deployed?

Rennie -- Thanks! I hope I am treated to a few whooshes this month. It's been ages since I lost a lot of weight in a month. Good job on choosing grapes over frosted flakes!

Jami -- I love that phrase, so I look for excuses to use it! I try to do personals, because I want to encourage all our regular members, and I think they help new people feel included and a part of the group -- but I'm not always able to cover everyone; I thought you did a great job of it today.

So I did get another 1k in tonight in a walk to the park with Cam...that's 2.65 for today. My mom has chips in the house and I am desperately trying to pretend they are not here...they are not even a flavour I like and I'm still tempted!

Great job on the walk. Something funny about me. The small bags of chips don't bother me. I could literally have 100 small bags and not be tempted. I cannot have an opened large bag of chips in the house, though. They will totally make me nuts!

Morning ladies
Very down today - all tumbling down around my ears - up 1.7 No reason. Need to understand why so that I can sort it out- now 4lbs away from the goal I originally set- I should be going the other way. Feel mad now about the job - they took somebody from a skype interview in Australia rather than someone who has a proven track record and lives round the corner. I can't fathom why. Also got post wedding blues- it was a serious something to look forward to and to aim for . I'm sorry to be negative but my emotions are all over the place today
