Default back again....

I reached my 100 lbs loss goal to gain some back.... meh. I am back at it though, this time using exercise. I am with a trainer 3 times a weeks and treadmill morning and evening everyday, 30 mins. I hate exercise, but I am down 10lbs in over 15 inches. 5 inches off my hips alone. Feeling strong, but so sick of this battle....

@FatAbbi: You probably don't want to be back, but regardless, back! You always have a home and support here.

Firstly, major congratulations for losing 100 pounds! Right on, sister Secondly, like you, I had some major success just 4 short years ago and gained most of the weight back. Kudos to you for seeing what was happening and getting into gear. For me, I really thought that once I had lost my weight and reached goal, the rest would take care of itself. I had a plan for my way of eating. I had a plan for exercise. I had absolutely no plan for maintenance. BIG mistake! I'm not naturally thin. Heck, even at my lowest weight I wasn't thin but loved my clothes and way I looked . For most of us, keeping the weight off will always be an effort. Exercise and good eating habits must be a way of life for me that might be more intuitive for others.

I understand completely when you say, "so sick of this battle", but there is no doubt in my mind, you got this!
