Hey....I thought I already posted, but I dont see my post anywhere.....I am new here too. I have been on the IP diet for a little over 8 weeks now. I am so glad I found this blog. I have some issues that I hope I can get some help with. First, I would really like to see the weight start to come off faster. I have lost 12 pounds in the 8 weeks, but it seems like I am down to 1 pound a week these days. I still have 20 pounds to go before I can start a maintenance program and I am having difficulty seeing myself do a possible 20 more weeks on this diet. I originally started this after going to a hormone specialist. He says my progesterone level is low and gave me a cream to start after TOM....does anyone know if that will help speed this process up a bit??? Also, I am having a hard time fitting my food schedule into a fairly new work schedule. I work at Home Depot and my hours are crazy. I could be in as early as 6a and work till 3p.....or I could work from 1p to 10p.....this has been especially frustrating to me....packing all the food and water and protein drinks. I am even considering quitting the job....if anyone can help, I would appreciate it very much. Thanks. Lisa.
