I started this journey on 3/2/11 and even though it's not my weigh-in day I had to see where I was exactly 2 months in. I have lost 29 pounds so far! I am just thrilled with this. I have been learning how many calories I need and how much should come from carbs, protein and fat. I know all this will change with more weight loss, increased exercise and other factors but for this moment I am just so excited I had to share.
