Thumbs up An attitude of gratitude...month of May

No matter what is happening in your life. . . lots of good things or not so good things . . . there are always things for which you can be grateful. Knowing this helps put life into perspective.

Please feel free to join in. It feels good!

Studies show that this daily task can have a positive impact in your life!

+ the second sunny day in a row
+ did not meet my April weight goal but am OK with that - renewed determination
+ my rhubarb is starting to grow - I love rhubarb and it's low calorie and low carb
+ found the perfect buttons for my dress for the wedding in June
+ a fun time expected at the shower this afternoon
+ a busy and maybe stressful week ahead but I can cope
+ the loons are back and making their twice daily commute between the lakes, making me smile
+ it's May so it MUST be Spring

I'm grateful I was able to drive the kids to the DQ to use the buy one get one free blizzard coupon I had (in my name, hence my presence was required) and was able to walk away without slipping or rationalizing myself into even a mini...lol.

Today I am feeling grateful for my husband and for all the rain yesterday and today. Rain has always been very calming and isolating for me and I want that right now.
