* I have not gained quite as many pounds as I thought. When I got on the scales Mon., after not weighing for a couple of weeks, my weight was 215.1. I have been losing a pound a day since then. Now I know that I did not lose a pound of fat a day, so I have to believe that some of that weight was water weight. Every pound helps.
* Yesterday was another on plan day.
* Finally made myself get that appointment for estate planning
* Green grass
* Family, friends, indoor plumbing, 3FC, Cell phones and Internet

- another day on plan... I have earned my dress! (happy) That's three healthy days in a row. I am so grateful. Next goal - five healthy days in a row for something special.

- DH is home. YAY He's been gone for six days. Glad to have him home.
- went to lunch with Mom yesterday - Max and Erma's. It was fun. Grateful I made a healthful choice.
- special shout out to my cell phone. I certainly remember the days when we only called friends and family on a Sunday. This is so much nicer. Also, texting seems to be the communication choice of DS. He loves to chat via text. I don't quite get it.. it is his generation, I guess. (now that I think of it..he never did like talking on the phone much.)
my family and their support in the last crazy 6-8 weeks
having both of my theses written and just needing to finish them up

having sat for a good exam on Saturday - results to be out in a few days but I am quite sure that I have passed, so only a total of 3 more to go until graduation!
not having gained weight in the last two weeks back and being at 240 pounds at my lowest in 2 years.
