I've been away for awhile, and unfortunately I am back weighing more than I have in my life
. Last fall, someone started a 30 days challenge that got me more motivated than I had been in a long time. The accountability of checking in every day got me to plan better and commit to my plan every day. Then the holidays came and my commitment fell apart, then went down hill from there.
I thought maybe there would be some others who would like a short-term goal of maybe 30-days (60 or 90 would be great too) to help kick-start a plan, re commit, or just add some additional accountability.
My 30-days starts tomorrow. If anyone else is interested, we can post our updates to this thread and help motivate each other to stick to our commitment!
