I just started watching their new season, it's 4 sets of families, with 4 in each. Each family has their own trainer. (my personal fav is "The Commando" so hot!)

This year, each trainer went to the family home to LIVE for a week as they do! Exercise only as they do, and eat all the food they do. Making penne with a small carton of cream, a jar of alfredo sauce, and a BAG of shredded cheese almost put the one trainer into a coma LOL she had to eat half a pan of it!

On average, they gained about 10 pounds in that week alone!!! insane!

Can't wait to see how the season shapes up (heh).

Which network is carrying it please? I'd love to watch, I only ever watched the first one with Bob and Jillian for Australia.

we are near the end, and its quite a full on journey for most the contestants!
cannot wait to see the finale in a week or two! (in australia here)
